The NYS Education Department is asking parents/guardians to take a five-minute NYS Digital Equity Survey. It will help school districts provide information on student access to devices and internet access in their places of residence. Collecting this data will help us better serve our families' needs.
The survey can be found here https://forms.gle/NzCzEMY4aFDvcusa8. It should be completed for each student in the family in grades K-12.
