The Fort Ann Trap Team finished 3rd in their conference for the 2026 season and Jayden Gonyea finished 3rd for individuals. At the Foothills Challenge on May 31st, Caleb Haviland placed 2nd.
10 of our students went to the NYS USA Clay Competition this past Friday, June 5th in Bridgeport, NY. 799 student athletes attended from all over the state. The boys had fun and represented our school well!
Landen Crandell was the team's JV High Gun. Caleb Haviland finished 42nd out of 263 and Caleb Stranahan finished 54th out of 263 in the Varsity Male High Gun state competition. Caleb Haviland was our team's Varsity High Gun. They all put in a strong effort and helped the team finish with 426 out of 500 points for the team. We finished 20th out of 66 schools. It was an amazing day and they made us very proud to be Cardinals!

Second grade field trip to Up Yonda! Students learned about pond life and scooped for their own fish, frogs, cray fish, and other pond life. They also got to play a tag game pretending to be pond life and food chain (blue herring, frogs, and fish) and explore the farm!

Mrs. Irish’s third graders took part in The Lake George Floating Classroom - an interactive, hands-on educational program run by the Lake George Association (LGA). Students explored the lake's ecosystem by boat, studying water quality and conducting scientific experiments. They went into the woods to explore a stream and the water quality based on the macroorganisms they found, then returned to the lake to measure water clarity and examine microorganisms there.
